NO! This is one of the great differences with Rebound Restoration!  Most restoration companies charge $125 or more just to show up at your door and hundreds more for an estimate.  We will come to your home or business for an initial inspection free of charge and even provide you with a free VERBAL ballpark estimate. Especially with water damage and mold, the damage is often concealed, so in some circumstances, we can’t know with certainty what the final invoice amount will be, but our ballpark estimates are usually pretty close to the mark.

If you can see what looks to you like mold growing and/or if you smell a musty odor, your suspicions may be correct, and you should have it inspected. The odor from mold is a gas that can be toxic in sufficiently high concentrations. When you call us, we will come to your home or office and do a preliminary free inspection – this is one of the important differences between Rebound Restoration and other remediation companies – we won’t charge you for this visit. If it looks to us like your suspicions are confirmed, we will first refer you to a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC – as required by law) for further inspection, sampling, and testing. The MAC will determine whether you have mold, how much, and the species. Then, the MAC will write a protocol for us to follow to remediate your mold problems.

Yes, we can bill your insurance directly. We have good working relationships with most of the insurance companies that offer coverage in Texas. However, if you prefer, we can bill you and provide you with the proper documentation to submit to your insurance company.

We respond to water, fire, and trauma scene emergencies 24/7/365.  Mold is not typically an emergency situation, but we do take after-hours calls and will schedule a free inspection to be performed during normal business hours.

Yes, we have performed hundreds of commercial and multi-family restoration jobs after a disaster from water damage, fire, biohazards, and mold.  We realize that emergency downtime is tremendously expensive for a business owner or property manager, so getting them back up and running as soon as possible is the highest priority for our commercial customers. We also understand the delicate balance a property manager has in minimizing costs while keeping residents of the property happy. We are a licensed contractor, so we provide a turn-key repair – anything from a basic remediation to complete reconstruction as necessary.
