Aubrey McDaniel, Owner and COO
In addition to holding certifications in water and fire damage restoration and running Rebound Restoration, Aubrey is an accomplished entrepreneur engaged in a number of enterprises that include development and providing services to owners and residents of the built environment. She also serves as the Membership Board Director for the Dallas Association of Professional Women in Construction (APWC). She enjoys traveling, gymnastics, and spending time with her kitties!

Bobo – CFO (Chief Feline Officer)
Bobo's primary duties include rigorous nap testing on all absorbent materials, demanding head scratches during critical drying phases, and ensuring the office remains free of... well, whatever he decides is unacceptable. He's responsible for the vital task of "fur-ifying" all cleaned surfaces, guaranteeing a superior level of fluff. He also conducts rigorous "box integrity" checks on all delivered supplies. His performance reviews are mostly meows and the occasional slow blink, which we interpret as "exceeds expectations." He's also an expert in "motivational purring" during stressful client calls. Bobo is one of those sweet cats who loves everybody, but don't let his fluffy exterior fool you; he runs a tight ship (or, at least, a damp basement).

Denia Almaguer, Administrative Director
Denia keeps the business running like clockwork. She is a detail-oriented organizer and keeps the team focused on providing excellent customer service by going the extra mile. Denia's experience in real estate and construction goes back to 2019. She is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration and has been with Rebound since August 2021. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and is a proud member of the Dallas Association of Professional Women in Construction.
Rebound Restoration was born out of Aubrey McDaniel’s own need for fast and exceptional property damage services for her real estate clients. Aubrey has years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, and construction. As part of the process of listing and selling homes and business locations for customers, she encountered buildings needing repairs from damage due to water, fire, and mold. To provide more prompt and competent restoration services in these situations, she put herself and her own construction team through training and certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
After completing many jobs for her real estate clients, she and her team became quite skilled in providing this niche service. Word of her team’s expertise in restoration spread quickly among her friends and associates in the real estate community, and it wasn’t long before she and her team became very busy performing property damage restorations. This ‘niche service’ had evolved into an enterprise of its own, and Rebound Restoration, LLC was established in 2021.
Today, Rebound has hundreds of satisfied customers from water, fire, mold, and trauma scene restorations throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Aubrey remains directly involved in day-to-day operations.
